Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

1. What Brutal Roaster Is
Brutal Roaster analyzes landing pages and business ideas using AI (Groq/Llama for teardowns, Google Gemini for chat and the Boardroom feature) and returns critique, rewrites, and opinions. Every output is AI-generated. It is not professional legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and you're responsible for verifying anything before acting on it.

2. Accounts
You can sign in with Google or create an account with an email and password. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to legally enter into this agreement in your country.

3. Plans, Billing & Refunds
Paid plans (currently Pro and Max) are charged through Razorpay for a fixed period — 30 days for monthly plans, 365 days for annual — rather than an auto-renewing subscription. Access does not automatically continue after that period; you'll need to pay again to keep it. Daily token/credit allowances reset at midnight and don't roll over. Because access is granted immediately on payment, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion for a genuine service failure — contact us and we'll look at it case by case.

4. Acceptable Use
Don't use Brutal Roaster to scrape or roast pages you don't have the right to analyze for an unlawful purpose, to abuse or overload the service, to attempt to bypass usage limits or paywalls, or to resell access without our written permission.

5. Your Content
You keep ownership of any business ideas or URLs you submit. By submitting them, you allow us to process them through our AI providers solely to generate your results. We don't sell your submitted content.

6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your account menu. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt fraudulent payments.

7. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brutal Roaster isn't liable for business decisions made based on its output, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use Brutal Roaster after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
